Nexus K9 SMS Program

Nexus K9 LLC, operating as Nexus K9, provides dog training, enrichment daycare, and boarding services.

With your consent, Nexus K9 sends transactional text messages about requested services, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and transportation updates, account notifications, dog updates, and customer support. With separate marketing consent, we also send promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and updates about our services and programs.

Consent and Message Frequency

You opt in through our website form by selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox. Transactional and marketing consent are collected separately through optional checkboxes that are unchecked by default. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your services, appointments, inquiries, and the messaging categories you select.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent through this SMS program unless you opt in again.
