Membership vs. Package

Which One Is Right for You?
Membership Structure

Our daycare memberships operate on a weekly (7 day) membership basis with extremely limited availability. This is for the client who is looking for consistent, weekly daycare attendance.

           We offer convenient pickup from the Lowe’s in Pooler, GA:

      Skip the drive to Ellabell with our designated pickup and drop-off location at Lowe’s in Pooler, GA. It’s a time-saving solution bundled into a convenient monthly plan.

Who Is the Best Fit for Daycare?

  • Dogs that love being with people and other dogs
  • Dogs with no history of aggression or resource guarding
  • Dogs that are crate trained (We can help with training if needed.)
  • Due to the daycare’s outside active nature, for their safety, bulldogs are not admitted.

Commitment, Payment and Discount Policy

  • Commitment
    • Daycare memberships run weekly, and once a membership is paid it is non-refundable. Once your weekly membership expires you are under no obligation to continue for another week. You must notify us prior to the auto-draft for the next month in order to avoid the next weekly membership charge. We do not offer the option to pay for a partial week– all memberships are offered only as a full weekly membership. Any and all breaks in memberships will only be allowed as a weekly break.
      • Membership notification: We have a very limited number of memberships available. If a client ends their membership, they will be placed at the end of any waiting list once they return. They will have the option of purchasing a package in lieu of membership until a membership slot becomes available.

  • Discounts
    We currently offer a boarding discount to our daycare membership holders. In order to obtain this discount, the client must maintain the same daycare membership from the time they book their boarding appointment to the time the boarding is completed. Any pause during that time will result in the price of the boarding reservation reverting to full price. This same policy will be in effect for any future discounts offered through our daycare memberships. 

  • Non-Refundable Absences
    Once a membership or package has been purchased, there are no refunds for any unused credits.

  • Scheduled Breaks & Boarding Options
    • There are two weeks per year with no daycare activities which are the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are no discounts for memberships or packages for these breaks.
    • If any closures are necessary due to natural disasters or “Acts of God” there will be no refunds for those days.

Next Steps

We’re excited to welcome you to our enrichment-based dog daycare program! Our structured process ensures the best fit for every dog, so they can thrive in a safe, engaging environment. Each client must complete our evaluation process to be enrolled in our daycare program. Here’s what to expect from start to finish:

Step 1: Submit Your Application

This helps us get to know your dog and determine if our program is a good match.

Step 2: Schedule Your Onboarding Call

We’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call where we’ll answer your questions and plan your onsite tour.

Step 3: Take a Tour + Book the Meet & Greet Day

During your tour, we’ll show you around and discuss the next step: your dog’s Meet & Greet Day ($65).
This is required before being admitted to our program and helps us:

  • Acclimate your dog to the environment.

  • Assess compatibility with our enrichment program.

  • Identify behavioral needs that may require individual attention (a 10% surcharge applies to dogs not suited for group play).

If your dog isn’t a fit, we’ll notify you and discuss possible alternatives.

Step 4: Complete Enrollment Requirements

To finalize enrollment, we’ll walk you through the following:

  • Service Agreement: Sign online.

  • Vaccination Records: Upload the following:

    1. Rabies

    2. Distemper/Parvo

    3. Negative fecal test (within past 6 months)

    4. Proof of heartworm prevention

    5. Proof of flea/tick prevention

  • Payment Info: Submit your billing information.

  • Program Selection: Choose the daycare membership or package that works best for you.

Step 5: Book Your Daycare Days

Once enrolled:

  • Daycare bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance.

  • All bookings are final — no refunds or credit transfers for missed days.

  • While you may choose any days, we recommend sticking to consistent weekly days for the best experience.

At Nexus K9 they are very professional. They took our 5 month German shepherd who was inattentive and over stimulated all the time and helped him to learn to calm down as well as teaching us the tools we need to have a successful happy k9.
